I am Chris Hatcher, and I take immense pride in my role as the owner and chief taxidermist at Outdoor
Memories Taxidermy. My life’s journey has been deeply intertwined with that of my high school
sweetheart, Dena. In 1992, we joined our lives in marriage, and our family has since grown to include
two remarkable sons, Ryan and Hayden. More recently, we’ve been blessed with the arrival of two
precious grandbabies, Riggin and Waylon, who have brought immeasurable joy into our lives.
Our business is a testament to the values we hold dear. We are a family-owned enterprise with a
profound reverence for God, a deep love for our nation, symbolized by the waving flag, and an
unwavering passion for the great outdoors.
My fascination with the art of taxidermy ignited at the tender age of eight, during my very first visit to a
local taxidermy shop. That experience kindled a lifelong passion that continues to burn brightly within
me. Our primary goal at Outdoor Memories Taxidermy is to preserve your cherished outdoor memories,
